15Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their fb11 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable bonus amounts will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. fb11 will process voluntary closure requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Legal Limits
Limitation of Liability

16Service Availability

Updates
Amendments to These Terms
